volunteer Dog walking program

must be 18yrs old or older to participate.

We are excited for you to become one of our volunteer dog walkers. Here are a few things to keep in mind before you arrive.

 

  • Make sure you wear weather appropriate clothing.

  • You will be doing a lot of walking. Wear comfortable athletic shoes. NO sandals or open toe shoes.

  • If you have your own slip leash, like the one in the picture, you may bring your own.

  • Please do not bring in treats. Some of our dogs have sensitive stomachs or may be on a restricted diet.

  • Last but not least. prepare yourself to fall in love with some of the most adorable dogs you will ever met.
